Post-Implementation Review of Division 7A of Part III of the Income Tax Assessment Act 1936

The Chair of the Board of Taxation, Mrs Teresa Dyson, today announced that the Board has released a second discussion paper and is inviting written submissions to assist in addressing the issues raised in accordance with the extended terms of reference given for the post-implementation review of Division 7A of Part III of the Income Tax Assessment Act 1936.
