Post-Implementation Review of Division 7A of Part III of the Income Tax Assessment Act 1936

The Chairman of the Board of Taxation, Mr Chris Jordan AO, today announced that the Board has released a discussion paper and is inviting written submissions to assist in its post-implementation review of Division 7A of Part III of the Income Tax Assessment Act 1936.
